At NIMA, each piece is created with care and attention to detail. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, our returns and refunds policy is outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• Unworn

• In their original packaging

• Returned with all tags attached

Returned items must be in pristine condition in order to qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sale or discounted items

• Custom-made or personalised products

• Gift cards

• Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned products must be carefully packaged and returned in their original condition.

Any item showing signs of use, washing, staining, perfume, damage, or alteration may be refused and will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your return.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless NIMA made an error with the order or the item received was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a reliable courier service when returning your item, as NIMA cannot be held responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order details and clear photographs of the item so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Natural Characteristics of Linen

Linen is a natural fibre and may display subtle variations in texture, weave, slubs, creasing, and colour.

These natural characteristics are part of linen’s authentic beauty and are not considered faults or defects.

Care-Related Damage

Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, storage, or care that does not follow our care instructions is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
